About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team in Chennai. The role will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, onboarding, documentation, and HR coordination in a growing organization operating across IT and Real Estate Development.

The ideal candidate should be a good communicator, willing to learn, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Support the HR team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions.




- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.

2. Employee Onboarding
- Assist in the recent-joiner onboarding process.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate induction programs for new employees.
- Ensure new joiners are informed about company policies, processes, working hours, and organizational practices.

3. HR Operations
- Assist with maintaining attendance and employee records.
- Support HR documentation and filing.
- Update HR trackers and reports.
- Assist with preparation of HR MIS and daily/weekly recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with employees and HODs for routine HR requirements.

4. Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Support internal communication activities.
- Participate in employee welfare and culture-building initiatives.
