Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Associate to help grow our client base and drive revenue for our architecture, interior design, and turnkey project verticals. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and digital outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, real estate developers, and individual clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and execution teams to prepare proposals and quotations
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations




- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into confirmed projects
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and deal status (CRM/Excel)
- Coordinate with marketing to support campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and local market dynamics in Dehradun and surrounding regions
- Assist in contract negotiations and closing deals in coordination with senior management

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Robust interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
