Key Responsibilities
- Operate assigned machines as per standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Perform basic production operations such as CNC, grinding, cutting, drilling, milling, turning, or tool finishing as required.
- Understand and follow drawing, process sheets, and basic measurements.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and gauges.
- Maintain required quality standards and identify defects during production.
- Complete production targets within the specified time.
- Maintain proper machine cleanliness and workplace 5S.
- Follow all safety rules and use required PPE.
- Record production and inspection details accurately.
- Report machine abnormalities, quality issues, and breakdowns to the supervisor.
- Support senior operators and production team in day-to-day activities.
- Follow company attendance, discipline, and other applicable policies.
