Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage real estate construction projects from planning through completion. The candidate will be responsible for overall project execution, coordination, quality, cost, safety and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and manage construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and site teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality and resources.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor construction progress and resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors effectively.




- Conduct regular site reviews and progress meetings.
- Ensure timely completion and handover of projects.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports to management.

Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of relevant construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial construction.
- Excellent project planning and team-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality and safety standards.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
