- Manage overall security operations of the residential apartment/gated community.
- Supervise security guards, supervisors and security control-room staff.
- Prepare and monitor security deployment, shift rosters and attendance.
- Ensure proper entry and exit control for residents, visitors, vendors and vehicles.
- Monitor CCTV, access control, boom barriers and security systems.
- Conduct regular security rounds and inspections of the entire property.
- Handle security incidents, emergencies, theft, accidents and resident complaints.
- Coordinate with police, fire department and emergency services whenever required.
- Conduct regular security briefings, training, mock drills and emergency preparedness.
- Maintain security SOPs, incident reports, visitor records, patrol reports and daily security reports.
Pay: ₹30,302.27 - ₹58,158.83 per month
