Responsibilities:
- Define and document product requirements in-line with the product vision and business goals: Translate high level product vision into actionable user stories, ensuring that product features are well-defined, user-friendly, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Engineering, User Experience, SMEs, Clients, Client facing teams within Fold, and other stakeholders to define product requirements.
- Manage/maintain a prioritized product backlog: Work closely with various stakeholders to understand market needs, competitive landscape, customer feedback and business priorities to define a explicit product roadmap.
- Lead Agile development process: Act as the voice of the customer and product champion within the Agile development team, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure that development efforts are aligned with customer needs and business goals.
- Regularly collaborate with UX designers to ensure that user stories and product requirements are aligned with best practices in user experience design.




- Conduct user testing and validation: Coordinate user testing and validation activities, as needed, to gather feedback, iterate on product features, and ensure that solutions meet user needs, usability standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate continuous feedback loops with customers and internal stakeholders to iteratively improve product features and user satisfaction.
- Measure and analyze product performance: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, analyzing data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- SPOC for all product related asks/queries to all internal teams, strategic partners, clients (when needed).
- Stay informed about industry trends: Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in the US healthcare industry, providing insights and recommendations to inform product strategy
