Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to curate culinary experiences that reflect the soul of the Himalayas. The ideal candidate will combine creativity, discipline, and respect for local produce to craft menus that delight our guests. From hearty Himachali dishes to world cuisines, you will be the culinary heartbeat of our retreat.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and present meals with an emphasis on seasonal, fresh, and locally sourced ingredients.
- Develop diverse menus, including vegetarian and vegan options, tailored to guest preferences.




- Maintain impeccable kitchen hygiene and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control efficiently.
- Lead and train kitchen support staff, fostering a collaborative and positive environment.
- Engage with guests occasionally to explain dishes or host small cooking sessions.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a chef in boutique hotels, resorts, or fine dining.
- Knowledge of Himachali and North Indian cuisines; exposure to international cuisines is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creativity, passion for food, and a commitment to sustainability.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
