Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality Continental dishes as per standards.
- Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Assist the Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Monitor food quality and minimize wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen section.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Continental cuisine.
- Knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality workplace.
- Relevant culinary qualification will be an advantage.
