Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic retail professional with prior experience as a Department Manager or Store Manager. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end store operations, lead a team, and drive sales and customer satisfaction.

- Coimbatore - Kunniyamuthur

Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of store operations, sales, and team performance
- Lead, coach, and supervise store staff to achieve KPIs and service standards
- Ensure inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock control
- Monitor daily reports, sales performance, and customer feedback
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs, safety, and operational standards




- Collaborate with regional teams for audits, promotions, and process improvements

Eligibility & Experience
- Prior experience as a Department Manager in apparel retail
- Min 1 years experience in handling stores (preferred Men’s apparel categories)
- Ability to lead teams and achieve store-level business goals
- Understanding of retail KPIs, merchandising, and operational workflows

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
