Summary:-

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining our products and services, following up with prospects, and converting leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Telugu and English. Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities Generate new leads through calls, messages, field visits, referrals, and other sales activities. Contact potential customers and understand their requirements. Explain the company’s products and services clearly and confidently. Follow up with prospective customers regularly and convert enquiries into sales. Maintain valuable relationships with existing and potential customers. Achieve assigned monthly and weekly sales targets. Handle customer questions, objections,



and concerns professionally. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion. Attend meetings, presentations, and promotional activities when required. Conduct field visits and meet customers or institutions when necessary. Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager. Stay updated about the company’s products, services, offers, and competitors.

Required Qualifications and Skills Minimum qualification: MBA/Degree. Previous experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or customer service is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
