- Handle day-to-day technical operations and maintenance of the apartment community.
- Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, STP, WTP, fire-fighting and pumps.
- Attend and close technical complaints from residents within the required timeline.
- Carry out daily equipment inspections and identify potential breakdowns.
- Execute the PPM (Preventive Planned Maintenance) schedule.
- Supervise electricians, plumbers, technicians and other technical staff.
- Maintain daily logbooks, breakdown reports, PPM records and checklists.
- Coordinate with AMC vendors for lifts, DG, fire systems, STP, WTP and other equipment.
- Monitor electricity, water and DG fuel consumption and report abnormalities.




- Ensure all technical work is carried out according to safety procedures and SOPs.
- Maintain technical spares, tools and consumables and report requirements to the Technical Manager.
- Support emergency breakdowns and ensure quick restoration of services.
- Conduct regular inspection of electrical panels, pumps, motors, tanks and utility areas.
- Coordinate with the Technical Manager and Property Manager for daily operations.
- Maintain proper records of equipment, AMC visits, service reports and statutory documents.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
