Position Summary

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic project sales and developing strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, consultants, and channel partners.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating high-value business, influencing project specifications, managing long sales cycles,



and successfully closing large commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.

• Develop business through Architects, Builders, Developers, Interior Designers, PMCs, Façade Consultants, Contractors, and Channel Partners.

• Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and institutional projects.

• Generate product specifications and ensure approval during project planning stages.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.

• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.

• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions with clients.

• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project execution teams for successful project delivery.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and current business opportunities.
