Job Summary:

SPD Constructions Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sr. Supervisor – Civil to supervise and coordinate structural and finishing activities at high-rise residential and commercial building projects.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in shuttering, reinforcement, steel, structural works, and finishing activities, along with proven experience in managing site manpower and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per approved drawings and quality standards.

Candidates with experience in Aluminium/MIVAN shuttering and high-rise building construction will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise civil construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, structural requirements, and project schedules.




- Supervise structural and finishing works, ensuring proper sequence and timely execution.
- Lead, guide, and coordinate workers, technicians, and subcontractor teams at the site.
- Plan and allocate manpower according to daily work requirements and project targets.
- Supervise shuttering/formwork, reinforcement, steel, concrete, and finishing activities.
- Ensure proper execution of columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, staircases, and other structural elements as per drawings.
- Monitor reinforcement cutting, bending, placing, spacing, lapping, binding, and cover as per approved structural drawings and BBS.
- Supervise conventional and Aluminium/MIVAN shuttering activities, including installation, alignment, level, plumb, dismantling, and shifting.
- Ensure proper coordination between shuttering, reinforcement, MEP, and concreting activities.
- Supervise finishing works such as plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, doors
