We are looking for a
Product Manager – Personal Loans
to own and drive the product charter for the personal loans business within a fast-growing fintech platform operating across financial services and commerce.

The role will work closely with business, technology, risk, credit, analytics, operations and marketing teams to build scalable lending products, improve customer journeys and drive growth across the personal loan lifecycle from acquisition and eligibility to underwriting, disbursal, repayment and repeat borrowing.

This is a high-ownership role for a product qualified who combines strong product thinking, customer understanding, data orientation and knowledge of digital lending.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and strategy for the personal loans business, aligned with overall business and revenue objectives.
- Drive the end-to-end digital lending journey — customer acquisition, eligibility, application, KYC, credit assessment, approval, disbursal, repayment and repeat loans.
- Identify customer and business problems through data,



research and market insights and translate them into product opportunities.
- Work closely with Credit, Risk, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Collections, Marketing and Business teams to build and scale lending products.
- Improve key product metrics including conversion, approval rates, disbursal, TAT, customer acquisition, repeat borrowing and portfolio quality.
- Build and optimise product journeys across mobile/web and other customer touchpoints.
- Leverage customer and transaction data to develop personalisation, segmentation and pre-approved/pre-qualified lending propositions.
- Partner with Risk and Credit teams to integrate and optimise credit policies, bureau data, alternative data and decisioning systems into the customer journey.
- Drive experimentation through A/B testing, funnel analysis and cohort-based insights to improve product performance.
