Role Description
The Motion Graphic Designer will create engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and visual assets to support Grow Biz Academy’s digital learning content, marketing campaigns, and social media presence.



Day-to-day responsibilities include designing storyboards, developing animations, editing video content, and collaborating with instructors, marketers, and content creators to translate complex concepts into clear, visually appealing learning materials. The role also involves adapting designs for multiple formats and platforms, maintaining brand consistency, and meeting project deadlines in a fast-paced, education-focused environment. This is a full-time remote role, requiring regular communication with cross-functional teams and proactive participation in virtual meetings and reviews.
