- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain electronic products, features, perks, pricing, and offers.
- Generate sales leads and convert enquiries into orders.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and product-related enquiries.
- Coordinate with the sales, delivery, and service teams for order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Promote products through WhatsApp, SMS, and other digital channels when required.
- Stay updated on new electronic products, specifications, prices, and promotions.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer requirements and market trends.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
