*What is the Senior Manager / AVP – Retail Advisory Services (RAS) responsible for?*
- The role of the AVP in the Retail Advisory Services team is responsible for formulating and driving strategy and managing key relationships across a selected set of distribution relationships, viz. National Distributors, Fintech or Independent Financial Advisors.
*What are the ongoing responsibilities of Senior Manager / AVP – RAS?*
- Manage the key distributor relationships - research,



product, and sales strategy teams centrally for all national distributors.
- Drive projects and initiatives to manage and develop the central gatekeeper relationships across NDs.
- Achieve and exceed the sales target of the retail distribution for the assigned set of relationships, along with the regional sales teams.
- Work with the senior sales leadership team in the country to improve sales delivery across NDs and get funds approved and recommended for sale on various ND platforms.
- Strategize the business strategy with the distributors – products, pricing, sales across locations, events, etc.
- Suggest pricing changes and do impact analysis of pricing models so that the overall objective of the firm is met.
- Coordinate the execution of sales strategy with the regional teams internally.
- Independently plan and suggest strategic initiatives.
- Work with various departments within the company
