Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content, animations, and motion graphics for digital platforms, social media, advertising campaigns, and brand communication. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of professional experience with a strong creative portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, promotional videos, and visual content.
- Develop engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, websites, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
- Work with the marketing and creative teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver visual concepts.
- Create storyboards, animated typography, transitions, visual effects, and branded content.
- Edit and enhance video footage with graphics, effects, sound, and animations.
- Maintain brand guidelines, visual consistency, and design standards across all content.
- Convert static designs into engaging motion graphics and animations.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver creative assets within deadlines.




- Stay updated with current design, animation, social media, and visual content trends.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, marketers, and video production teams.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of qualified experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, Video Editor, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, video editing, and creative design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, visual storytelling, and animation principles.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
