We're looking for an experienced Store Manager who understands fashion retail inside-out and can take full ownership of day-to-day store operations — from the shop floor to the back office.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations, staff, and daily targets
- Lead and supervise the sales team — assign tasks, ensure discipline, and drive performance
- Handle customer walk-ins, queries, and after-sales service with a polished, welcoming approach
- Oversee front-desk/reception duties — greeting customers, managing appointments, and coordinating walk-in flow
- Manage stock, billing, and basic administrative/paperwork responsibilities
- Ensure store presentation, merchandising, and display standards are maintained
- Coordinate with vendors, tailors, and support staff as needed




- Report daily sales and operational updates to management

Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of prior experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a fashion/ethnic wear retail store
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, sarees, lehengas, and ethnic fashion trends
- Proven ability to manage and lead a store team, with a commanding yet qualified presence
- Excellent customer handling and communication skills
- Comfortable with basic admin work inventory, billing, reporting
- Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-first attitude

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
