The Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, APAC will lead and influence
Talent Acquisition strategy and execution across APAC
, while being based in Gurgaon.

This is a genuinely regional role and requires
demonstrated hands-on experience managing or delivering Talent Acquisition across multiple APAC markets
. The successful candidate must understand the distinct talent-market dynamics and recruitment nuances across countries such as
Singapore, Malaysia, China, Australia, Thailand
and other APAC markets.

The role will partner closely with regional and country business and HR leaders to understand talent requirements, develop effective hiring strategies and deliver high-quality talent across functions and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and execute Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities across APAC.




- Partner with regional and country HR and business leadership to translate business plans into effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Drive consistency and best practices across markets while adapting approaches to local talent-market dynamics.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical, specialist and leadership positions across the region.
- Provide market intelligence and talent insights to senior stakeholders.

APAC Talent Acquisition & Market Expertise
- Lead and/or oversee Talent Acquisition across multiple APAC markets, including
Singapore, Malaysia, China, Australia, Thailand and other regional markets
.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the
country-specific nuances of talent availability, candidate expectations, sourcing channels, compensation dynamics, recruitment practices and market conditions
.
- Develop market-specific hiring strategies while maintaining alignment with the broader regional TA framework.
