Purchase & Store Executive – Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Purchase & Store Executive will be responsible for managing purchase activities, maintaining inventory and stock records, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely availability of required materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
- Identify material requirements and coordinate purchase requests.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, pricing, and delivery.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
- Receive, check, and record incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and raise requirements for timely replenishment.
- Maintain proper storage and arrangement of materials.
- Issue materials as per authorized requirements and maintain issue records.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, and purchase-related documents.




- Conduct regular stock verification and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with accounts, administration, and other departments.
- Prepare purchase, stock, and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and safe handling of company materials.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of purchase and store operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage inventory and multiple tasks.
- Basic negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹13,866.37 - ₹19,130.34 per month
