We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, be comfortable working night shifts, and have an interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
- Schedule interviews with the hiring team.
- Maintain and update candidate records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet recruitment targets and hiring timelines.

Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.
- Ability to join immediately.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior recruitment experience is an advantage.
