About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented ERP Sales Consultant to drive the sales of our next-generation ERP platform specifically designed for the real estate industry.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying real estate companies, understanding their business and operational challenges, demonstrating how our ERP can solve those challenges, and converting prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should understand real estate business processes and be capable of selling a technology solution to promoters, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, IT Heads, Sales Heads, Finance Heads and other key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
- ERP Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities among real estate developers, builders,



land development companies and allied real estate businesses.
- Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, references, digital channels, industry events and existing business relationships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → qualification → product demonstration → negotiation → closure → handover.
- Real Estate ERP Consulting
- Understand the client's existing real estate operations, challenges and technology gaps.
- Map customer requirements to the ERP's available features and modules.
- Position the ERP as a complete real estate business management solution, rather than simply selling software.
- Identify opportunities where ERP automation can improve sales, CRM, projects, finance, collections, customer management and management reporting.
