Key Responsibilities - General Manager
- Overall Operations: Manage end-to-end operations of the authorised Mahindra service centre, ensuring smooth workshop, service, parts and customer-care functions.
- Business & Profitability: Drive service revenue, profitability, productivity and cost control while achieving monthly and annual business targets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction/CSI, timely complaint resolution, customer retention and excellent service experience.
- Workshop Performance: Monitor workshop productivity, bay utilisation, repair quality, turnaround time, first-time-right repairs and timely vehicle delivery.
- Team & Compliance: Lead, motivate and develop the service team while ensuring adherence to Mahindra processes, quality standards, warranty procedures, safety and statutory requirements.
- Performance & Improvement: Review key KPIs, identify operational gaps, implement corrective actions and coordinate with Mahindra regional teams to continuously improve service centre performance.

Required Criteria:
- Education:



Diploma / Graduate/ Post Graduate
- Preferred Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 10–12 years of relevant experience in automobile industry
- Preferred Industry: Field Service – Commercial & Personal Vehicle and Automobile industry.
- Skills: Automotive After-Sales Management, Workshop Operations, Service & Parts Management, Customer Relationship Management, Team Leadership, Business Development, Revenue & Profitability Management, Warranty Management, KPI/MIS Analysis, Quality Control, and Dealer/Manufacturer Coordination.
