We are looking for a proactive HR & Operations Executive to manage HR activities, office operations, employee coordination and basic social media coordination.

Key Responsibilities

HR
- Manage attendance, leaves, joining and exit formalities.
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and employee engagement.
- Assist with offer letters and HR reports.
- Handle routine employee queries.

Operations
- Manage daily office and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with employees, management and vendors.
- Maintain operational records and reports.
- Coordinate meetings and internal activities.




- Track tasks and provide updates to management.

Social Media
- Coordinate with the marketing team.
- Maintain the social media content calendar.
- Schedule approved posts on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
- Coordinate company photos, videos and updates.
- Assist with basic Canva work.
- Monitor comments/messages and forward relevant enquiries.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization and coordination skills.
- Basic HR and recruitment knowledge.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and social media platforms.
- Good follow-up and documentation skills.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Any Graduate; BBA, B.Com or MBA/PGDM HR preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in HR, administration, operations or recruitment. Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply.
