Job Description

Garg Realty Group is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, generating interest in real-estate projects, and supporting the sales team in converting leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing leads.
- Explain real-estate projects, offers, and services to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Schedule client meetings and property site visits.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and follow-up targets.




- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good client relationships.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi and basic English communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer conversations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
- Sales or telecalling experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates from real estate or sales backgrounds are preferred.
