Key Responsibilities
- Manage Staff: Hire, train, schedule, and lead mechanics, technicians, or production workers.
- Oversee Operations: Assign daily work orders, track project timelines, and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Control Inventory: Monitor stocks of tools, spare parts, and raw materials, and place orders with suppliers.
- Enforce Safety: Maintain strict compliance with workplace health and safety protocols.
- Handle Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure it meets company and industry standards.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
