We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Manager to oversee day-to-day construction site activities and ensure that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and as per the required quality standards and project timelines.

The candidate should have previous hands-on experience in the construction industry and should be capable of independently managing site activities, workers, contractors, and vendors. A Civil Engineering degree is not mandatory; practical construction site experience and robust site-management skills will be given importance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed as per project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labourers, vendors, and other site personnel.
- Ensure proper deployment and utilisation of manpower and materials.
- Monitor the quality of construction work and ensure adherence to approved specifications.
- Maintain proper records of site progress, materials, manpower, and ongoing activities.




- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the concerned team for timely availability.

Candidate Profile:
- Age should be 35 years or above.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction/site management preferred.
- Candidates with practical experience in residential, commercial, or real estate construction will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction site activities, labour management, and contractor coordination.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Should be responsible, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and documentation will be preferred.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress and issues to management.
