Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to oversee catering operations, ensure exceptional food and service quality, and manage event execution. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, kitchen staff, and service teams to deliver seamless catering experiences while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage catering operations for events and corporate functions.
- Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and menus.
- Supervise kitchen, service, and banquet staff during events.
- Ensure timely food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Manage inventory, vendor coordination, and procurement.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Monitor event budgets and control operational costs.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure efficient workforce management.
- Ensure smooth execution of multiple events simultaneously.





Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in catering, banquet, or hospitality operations.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
