Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to develop new business opportunities, generate leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Contact potential customers and explain company products/services.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Visit customers and business locations when required.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer data.
- Support social media and digital marketing activities.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain professional communication with clients.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing ability.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital platforms.
- Ability to generate leads and follow up effectively.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
