With our footprint in Jaipur, we are looking for a Social Media Strategist who thinks two moves ahead of the calendar, sees the pattern across categories that individual account leads cannot, and raises the ceiling on every brand we touch.

The Role

You are the strategic mind across the social portfolio. You do not run the day-to-day of any single account, the account leads do that. You set the direction they execute against. You build the frameworks, define the category plays, architect the big campaigns, and make sure the thinking behind our social work is sharper than anything a client could get elsewhere.

You work across every brand,



spot what is working in one category and port it to another, and turn a founder's business goal into a social strategy that actually moves it.

This is a role for someone who has run accounts, outgrown the day-to-day, and wants to operate at the level of strategy, systems, and category thinking.

What You'll Own
- Portfolio-level social strategy: the frameworks, playbooks, and category plays the account leads execute against
- Strategic architecture for new and strategic accounts: turning a business goal into a social strategy with a clear thesis
- Big-campaign thinking: the tentpole ideas that a monthly calendar hangs off, across brands and categories
- Category and competitor intelligence at depth: mapping how each vertical behaves on social and where the whitespace is
- Content strategy and pillar design: the structural thinking that makes a calendar coherent rather than a stream of posts
- Creator and influencer strategy at the portfolio
