Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Computer Operator to handle day-to-day computer operations, data entry, documentation, and office-related computer tasks. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications, along with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day computer operations and data entry.
- Enter, update, and maintain records accurately.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Handle MS Word, MS Excel, email, and other office applications.
- Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner.
- Verify data and correct errors when required.
- Generate reports and assist in routine administrative activities.
- Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Coordinate with other departments for data and documentation requirements.
- Perform other computer and office-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computers and office applications.




- Good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of email and internet applications.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum qualification: Diploma / Any Degree.
