Boiler Operator – Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor boilers safely and efficiently.
- Maintain proper steam pressure, temperature, water level, and fuel supply.
- Start, stop, and control boiler equipment according to operating procedures.
- Monitor pumps, valves, burners, gauges, and safety devices.
- Perform routine boiler inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Check water quality and carry out necessary blowdown procedures.
- Identify and report abnormal pressure, leakage, vibration, or equipment faults.
- Maintain boiler logs, operating records, and shift reports.
- Ensure compliance with boiler safety regulations and workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and production teams during breakdowns and shutdowns.




- Keep the boiler room clean and maintain proper housekeeping.
- Respond quickly to emergency situations and follow approved emergency procedures.

Position: Boiler Operator 3 & 5 Mt Boiler in Processing Unit Qualification: ITI / Diploma or relevant boiler operation certification, as required by local regulations Experience: Boiler operation and industrial utility experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
