Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. The ideal candidate will be proficient in accounting software and have a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles. As an Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, reporting, and providing insights into the company’s financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions. Ensure proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, including profit & loss,



balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, analyzing variances and providing recommendations for cost control.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and follow up on outstanding balances. Ensure timely payments and receipts to/from clients, suppliers, and contractors.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations. Prepare and file tax returns, including GST, TDS, and others as required.
- Payroll Processing: Process employee salaries, bonuses, and statutory deductions. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
