Site Supervisor – Civil Engineer/Relevant Experience

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee and manage civil works, particularly open plotting layouts and road development projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise day-to-day civil construction and site activities.

* Manage open plotting layout development works.

* Supervise CC road and BT road works, including execution and quality control.

* Check levels, gradients and measurements using level instruments.

* Monitor contractors, labour and subcontractors at site.

* Prepare and verify measurements and quantities of materials and work completed.

* Coordinate with engineers, contractors and management to ensure timely completion.

* Maintain daily site progress and work reports.

* Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications and required quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience





* Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering; Degree preferred.

* Minimum 2–3 years of relevant site experience, preferably in open plotting layouts.

* Practical experience in CC and/or BT road construction.

* Good knowledge of level instrument operation and site-level measurements.

* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in quantity surveying / quantity estimation and measurement.

* Ability to independently supervise and coordinate site activities.

* Good communication and team-management skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in layout development, road works, earthwork, leveling, quantity estimation and site supervision will be preferred.

Salary: 25000 to 35000 per month, based on experience and skills.
