As we continue to expand our operations in various states, we are seeking a skilled and motivated manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales and operations departments.
This role involves handling administrative tasks, assisting in HR functions, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business processes.
- Support in streamlining operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead and manage sales team.
Qualification :
- Proven experience in coordination or operations support role.
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
