About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Engineer who will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into customers for Roboticbell, our smart IoT-based school bell and announcement system.

The role combines B2B sales, telecalling, digital marketing, lead generation and SEO. The candidate should be comfortable communicating with school management, principals, administrators and decision-makers and should have a strong interest in technology products.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Telecalling
- Identify potential schools, colleges and institutions across India.
- Build and maintain prospect databases.
- Make outbound calls to schools and decision-makers.




- Explain Roboticbell's features, benefits and pricing.
- Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospects through phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Maintain accurate call and lead records.

2. Sales & Business Development
- Convert qualified leads into Roboticbell sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct online product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers until order closure.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
- Develop new sales opportunities through schools, educational groups, institutions and channel partners.

3. Digital Marketing
- Create and manage campaigns for lead generation.
- Promote Roboticbell through social media platforms.
- Create basic marketing content such as posts, advertisements, brochures and promotional messages.
