Key Role & responsibilities

· Be the Single Point of Contact between the client & all other teams.

· Drive Tenant Coordination for fitouts at various shopping malls & for other projects

· Track down deliverables & timelines and be accountable for all follow ups & activities to ensure all timelines are adhered till project completion.

· Generate weekly and monthly reports for project status and present the same in review meetings.

· Conduct and minute meetings required for the project progress.

· Maintain all administrative record of the project

· Manage communication wrt mails, video conference calls, tele calls effectively and efficiently.

· Conduct site visits periodically with /without team as required.

· Great at PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Acad

Key Skills

· Strong written & spoken English proficiency





· Must be customer friendly

· Good design & aesthetic sense, Excel, PowerPoint, Presentation Skills, Time Management, Emails

· Team Skills, Phone Etiquette, Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, multi tasker, ability to withstand pressure

· Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.

· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

· Ability to learn quickly and adapt to current processes.

· Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
