Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled 3D Views Architect to create high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations of architectural designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modeling and rendering, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with our design team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop detailed 3D models of architectural projects using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.

· Produce high-quality renderings, animations, and virtual walkthroughs for presentations and client meetings.

· Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and ensure visualizations accurately represent design intent.

· Assist in exploring design options and materials by creating various visual scenarios.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.

· Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization and architectural design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture,



Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

· Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, and Blender.

· Solid understanding of materials, lighting, and camera settings to create realistic renderings.

· Experience with post-production software such as Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

· Effective time management and organizational skills.

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in 3D visualization or a related field.

· A portfolio showcasing previous work in architectural visualizations, including both exterior and interior renderings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
