Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Shop Floor Manager to oversee daily production activities, ensure smooth shop floor operations, and maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing processes, team management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day shop floor operations and production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
- Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions when required.
- Supervise machine utilization, manpower allocation, and workflow.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies.
- Reduce downtime, improve productivity, and minimize wastage.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements.
- Train and mentor shop floor employees.
- Prepare daily production and performance reports.

Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical,



Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in shop floor or production management.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
- Experience in handling production teams and shop floor operations.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and TPM is preferred.
- Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
