Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in Zirakpur and Mohali. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, generating business, handling key customers, driving site visits, achieving sales targets, and guiding the sales team toward successful closures.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and real estate sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the real estate sales team.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Generate recent business opportunities through leads, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Monitor leads and ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers.
- Handle important/high-value customers and assist the team in closing deals.
- Explain property projects, pricing, payment plans, amenities,



and investment opportunities to customers.
- Coordinate and monitor property/site visits.
- Track the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to booking and closure.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and review team performance.
- Identify gaps in team performance and provide guidance and training.
- Develop relationships with channel partners, brokers, investors, and prospective customers.

Team Management
- Allocate leads among sales executives.
- Monitor individual team performance.
- Track calls, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews.
- Help sales executives improve their conversion and negotiation skills.
