About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist who thinks like a marketer, behaves like a consumer psychologist and is obsessed with finding what makes people buy. At Zoomies, creative is one of our biggest growth levers. Your job is to understand why a pet parent should choose Zoomies, identify the strongest reasons to believe, turn them into compelling creative concepts, and continuously learn from performance data.

What You Will Own

1. Creative Strategy
- Develop creative strategies for Meta, Instagram, Google, Amazon, quick commerce and other acquisition channels.
- Identify consumer problems, desires, objections and purchase triggers.
- Translate product USPs into robust consumer-facing communication.
- Develop creative territories, angles, hooks and concepts.
- Build a systematic creative testing roadmap rather than relying on random ideas.

2. Creative Testing
- Own testing across hooks, claims, consumer insights, product demonstrations, comparisons, problem/solution, testimonials, UGC, founder-led content, static ads, reels, carousels and offer-led creatives.
- Continuously answer: What worked? Why did it work? For whom did it work? What
