Position: Salesman
Company: Benzer Paints
Salary: ₹15,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and performance

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Benzer Paints products to dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and customers.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain solid relationships with existing clients.
- Visit markets and customer locations regularly to generate orders and achieve sales targets.
- Explain product features, pricing, schemes, and applications to customers.
- Coordinate with the company regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide regular feedback to management.
- Maintain proper records of sales,



customer visits, orders, and collections.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in paint, construction material, hardware, or FMCG sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and dealer network will be an advantage.
- Must be target-oriented, hardworking, and willing to travel for market visits.
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
