- Supervise and manage daily production activities.
- Plan and allocate work to production workers/operators.
- Monitor production targets, quality, and timelines.
- Ensure smooth and productive production processes.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with QC, maintenance, stores, and other departments.
- Ensure proper use of machines, tools, and raw materials.
- Monitor manpower, attendance, and shift activities.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
