Position: ServiceNow Trainer
Training Requirement: CMDB, CSM & HRSD
Candidates: 4 US-based candidates
Training Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 days per week
- Session Duration: 60–90 minutes per session
- Training Time: Night hours (IST)
- Duration: 25–30 sessions
- Demo Session: Tomorrow at 7:00 PM IST
Requirements
- Solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB, CSM, and HRSD
- Prior experience in ServiceNow training/mentoring
- Ability to explain concepts clearly with practical/project-based examples
- Availability for night-time IST sessions
