Role Description:

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and videography. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms online.

Responsibilities:
- Design static & video posts for the various social media accounts(Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Designing static and motion assets,



adapting visuals for different formats, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and digital strategy
- Developing monthly social media posts calendar
- Monitor the latest design & social media trends on different social platforms
- Work towards increasing engagement rate and followers via creative designs
- Weekly & monthly reporting of engagement rate for different types of posts on various platforms

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 4-7 years of experience in graphic design
- Advanced skills in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar software
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
- Portfolio of work
- Strong written language skills in English. Arabic is a plus
