Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support
Oracle Cloud Order Management (OM)
modules and related business processes.
- Work on order capture, order orchestration, fulfillment, shipping, and order lifecycle management.
- Configure
Order Management rules, orchestration processes, fulfillment lines, and order transformations
.
- Integrate Order Management with Inventory, Procurement, Shipping, Pricing, and other Oracle Cloud modules.
- Provide functional support for
Oracle Cloud Inventory Management
including inventory organizations, subinventories, locators, item setup, and inventory transactions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud SCM functional solutions.
- Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, defect resolution, and production support.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.
- Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, interfaces, and data migration.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production stabilization.




- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and timely resolution.

Mandatory Skills
- Robust hands-on experience in
Oracle Cloud Order Management
.
- Good working knowledge of
Oracle Cloud Inventory Management
.
- Strong understanding of
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
business processes.
- Experience with Order Management orchestration and fulfillment processes.
- Knowledge of integration between OM and Inventory/Shipping.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud SCM configuration and functional testing.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Good to Have
- Knowledge of
Oracle Cloud Pricing, Procurement, Shipping, and Product Management
.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud integrations.
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration concepts.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud implementation, rollout, or production support projects.
