About The Role
At myHQ, we help businesses find workspace solutions that enable growth, flexibility, and productivity. As a Manager – Commercial Leasing , you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, guiding them through every stage of their office leasing journey.



From understanding workspace requirements and curating suitable options to negotiating commercial terms and ensuring seamless transaction execution, you'll collaborate with clients, landlords, developers, and coworking operators to deliver tailored office solutions while driving revenue and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain solid relationships with commercial real estate and co-working space owners to identify optimal office spaces.
- Develop and streamline processes for long-term lease transactions, renewals, and exits.
- Prepare transaction materials, including appointment letters, market comparison reports, offer letters, and client business cases.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Review and ensure lease agreements include all standard and client-approved clauses.
