Key Responsibilities
- Manage IVF/ART patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Perform and manage TVS (Transvaginal Sonography), follicular monitoring, Ovum Pick-Up (OPU), and Embryo Transfer (ET).
- Manage IVF cycles and provide appropriate clinical guidance.
- Coordinate with embryologists, nurses and other clinical team members.
- Provide patient counselling and ensure proper follow-up.
- Maintain accurate MRD documentation and medical records as per centre protocols.
- Ensure high standards of patient safety, clinical quality and ethical practice.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in IVF/ART practice.
- Strong practical knowledge of IVF procedures and patient management.
- Hands-on experience in TVS, OPU, ET and follicular monitoring.
- Good knowledge of MRD documentation and medical records.
- Excellent communication and patient counselling skills.
- Should be humble, respectful and compassionate towards patients and staff.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Strong professional attitude and commitment to quality patient care.
