We are hiring an Human Resources Fresher who can support HR operations through data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and contemporary AI tools.

This role is suitable for freshers or early-career candidates who are interested in Human Resources, data analytics, Power BI, Excel/Google Sheets, and AI-enabled work. The ideal candidate should not only understand HR processes but should also be comfortable working with data, creating reports, identifying patterns, and using AI tools to complete work faster and more accurately.

The person will work closely with the HR team to analyze recruitment, employee, attendance, performance, and workforce data, build dashboards and reports, and use AI tools to improve speed, accuracy, and decision-making.

Core Job Responsibilities
- HR Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, clean, organize, and analyze HR data related to recruitment, employee records, attendance, onboarding, performance, attrition, and workforce planning.
- Power BI Dashboards & MIS Reporting Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and MIS trackers using tools such as Power BI, Excel,



Google Sheets, or similar reporting platforms.
- Recruitment Analytics Track hiring funnel metrics such as applications received, shortlisted candidates, interview status, offer rollout, joining status, turnaround time, source effectiveness, and drop-off points.
- Workforce Analytics Analyze employee data to identify trends related to headcount, attrition, attendance, performance, engagement, skills, and manpower requirements.
- AI-Assisted Workflows Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms to speed up data cleaning, report writing, formula creation, dashboard planning, insight generation, documentation, and process improvement.
